At Peace Coffee, we want you to love every sip. If your coffee or gear isn't meeting your expectations, our team is here to make it right through a simple return or replacement process.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Reach out to our customer experience team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and details about the product.
- 2.Freshness Review
For coffee quality concerns, please provide the roast date and lot number found on the back of the bag so we can ensure every batch meets our standards.
- 3.Prepare Your Package
For hardware and apparel, ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging before mailing them back to our Minneapolis roastery.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once your return is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a store credit for your next caffeine fix.
